After debuting in China last month, Huawei’s new smartwatch, the Huawei GT Watch 3 Pro, is now making its way to international markets.

The new smartwatch is available in two versions, ceramic (43 mm) and titanium (46 mm), and it competes with Apple and Samsung watches in terms of distinctive designs and a powerful set of features.

The new watch joins the Huawei Watch GT 3 that was launched last year and runs on the company’s HarmonyOS 2.

The ceramic and titanium versions of the watch are identical  in most areas, except for the battery, material and screen size.

The Titanium version offers a 1.43-inch AMOLED screen and a 14-day battery life. While the ceramic version gives you a 1.32-inch AMOLED screen and up to 7 days of battery life.

The charging speed has been increased by 30% and a 10-minute charge should be enough to power the watch all day.

Huawei says the new lineup is thinner and more comfortable to wear than the Huawei Watch GT 2 Pro. The titanium version has a tactile rotating crown, which gives the smartwatch a classic look, and the user interface is also easy to navigate.

The Huawei Watch GT 3 Pro offers a plethora of health and fitness tracking features. It contains an ECG sensor, which provides much more heart data than a typical 24/7 heart rate sensor.

There is also a SpO2 blood oxygen monitor and a thermometer that automatically detects skin temperature. The watch also features sleep and stress tracking and more than 100 exercise modes, of which 18 are professionally rated.

The watch can create a personal running plan for you based on your health data and previous running history, and has built-in maps for over 300 golf courses.

For accurate navigation and positioning, the Huawei Watch GT 3 Pro comes with a dual-band navigation system with support for GPS, Beidou, GLONASS, Galileo and QZSS.

Other notable features include IP68 dust and water protection, Bluetooth, built-in speaker, and wireless charging support.

Powered by HarmonyOS, the watch features NFC technology for typical mobile payment use cases. But with the right vehicle, it can also act as your car key.

Huawei offers the 46mm Titanium Edition for $380, which features a sapphire glass and a ceramic back. While the 43mm ceramic version comes in at $455, it also features a sapphire glass. There is a Porsche Design version priced at $710.
